CARTA EDITORIAL

 

El segundo número de la revista Conexión contiene herramientas, guías, reflexiones y recursos útiles para todo tipo de organización con la finalidad de fortalecer su competitividad en el mercado. El siglo XXI representa infinidad de retos, por ello, los líderes de las organizaciones deben estar atentos al comportamiento de los diferentes factores sociales, políticos, económicos y tecnológicos que puedan afectarles directa e indirectamente y, de esta manera, ser promotores del cambio, el cual ya no es sólo un deseo para avanzar, sino una necesidad para permanecer: el cambio es una realidad que se debe aceptar y abrazar.
En las organizaciones se debe prestar atención a toda posibilidad de cambio, escuchar lo que dicen los clientes, colaboradores y el mercado, ya que permite responder de manera planeada y proactiva. De lo contario, una serie de gestiones reactivas pondrán en peligro la salud financiera y la permanencia en el mercado de la organización.
Los colaboradores viven la organización, por ello es muy importante conocer y sentir cuál es su percepción sobre la misma. Un factor crucial es disminuir la incertidumbre interna, lo cual se logra a través de: 1) definir metas claras y alcanzables, que permitan a los colaboradores confiar en el proyecto; 2) responder al entorno actual con una visión de futuro donde las metas se puedan lograr con una solidez financiera; 3) comunicar la estrategia de la organización a través de un mensaje unificado y transversal; 4) aceptar la diversidad, pero, sobre todo, adoptarla como parte de la estrategia; 5) confiar en el equipo, creer que la organización
cuenta con talento único, que está comprometido con la misión y visión de la misma, y que se siente orgulloso de colaborar, lo cual reforzará los valores institucionales y brindará una de las principales fortalezas: un capital humano cuyo aprendizaje se ve reflejado en la innovación y el cambio.
Por último, estos factores deberán estar sustentados por una perspectiva flexible, ya que es imposible predecir cómo se comportarán los elementos que influyen en la organización. En este número deseamos que el lector encuentre soluciones para su beneficio colectivo e individual, lo cual, impactará en la creación de ciudadanos comprometidos, críticos, propositivos, incluyentes y plurales para seguir construyendo una mejor sociedad, donde converja la equidad a través del respeto a las diversidades.
