CARTA EDITORIAL
El presente número de la revista Conexión, Tendencias en la Gestión Organizacional, se diseñó con la finalidad de mostrar de manera concreta y amigable, mayor información sobre la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-035-STPS-2018, Factores de riesgo psicosocial en el trabajo-Identificación, análisis y prevención, con el fin de dar respuesta a las principales incógnitas que el sector empresarial tiene hoy en día.
¿Cómo se debe de abordar?, ¿qué elementos deben ser considerados para su correcta implementación?, y más importante aún, ¿qué impacto puede tener en el entorno organizacional de las empresas?
A través de temas como la importancia de una efectiva comunicación organizacional, el establecimiento de entornos organizacionales favorables, el correcto uso de herramientas digitales para reducir el estrés en los equipos de trabajo, e incluso la importancia de ciertas estrategias de comunicación como lo es un buzón de quejas y sugerencias, son algunos de los conceptos que en esta revista se tratan, proporcionando información práctica y actual al lector.
Esperamos que la presente edición, funja como un primer acercamiento y una guía útil para entender la importancia de esta Norma, lo cual no habría sido posible sin la valiosa aportación de los autores de esta edición; profesores y profesionales expertos en el tema, sumados a las acciones que la Universidad de las Américas Puebla implementa para impactar positivamente en el desarrollo y el crecimiento de la sociedad y el sector organizacional.
